Event Comms Connect is a veteran owned media production company that operates a self-contained, “mobile broadcast studio” in the Washington, DC metro area. 

Our leadership team’s experience stems from over 20 years with Verizon’s broadcast video transmission —working directly with engineering teams from national, international, and cable broadcast networks based in DC.  

Our operations are grounded in 25+ years in television production, led by a former Viacom Executive. And our studio operators average 20 years of tv broadcast experience.

In the spring of 2020, everything in the TV production space changed overnight prompting Event Comms Connect to look for a new approach to servicing evolving needs of our clients.  

Our services are uniquely suited to adapt and function in these difficult times to deliver more than just a mobile studio to our guest, we’re also delivering convenience. 

In consultation with television engineers with decades of broadcast experience in the DC market, we’ve designed build and operate a fully equipped and staffed “mobile broadcast studio”. 

Event Comms Connect has progressed from special events site surveys and last-mile connectivity consulting to local and national live-shot services in DC.

Our Services Are Available Day or Night

We understand that folks here in DC have incredibly busy schedules, which can make going to the network’s studio impractical or impossible. We strive to be flexible in accommodating booking request.

Additionally, our service eliminates the nightmare of using virtual video apps from the talents home. The on-air contributor often finds themselves competing with noisy distractions:

Privacy

There is also the added benefit talent “privacy”. 

Many on-air guests, including high-profile personalities, would prefer not to invite the entire viewing audience into their living room or kitchen for a virtual video call, which makes our mobile studio the perfect solution.
